Lately i've been having skin issues, i don't know if it's from the new skin care regimen or my new foundation routine! ive had little bumps on my skin around my cheek and eye area for about 2 years now and it is getting worse by the day! 

the little white bumps are called 'milia' which is a protein filled sac that remains trapped on the top layer of the skin causing little bumps and the only way of treating it, is by basically poking it with a needle and pop the crap out of it! i know im not gonna do that myself that's for sure!

 does anyone have the same problem? let me know how you got rid of this thing.
