WTF? Dan Choi palling around with Tony Perkins?

On Twitter last night, Dan Choi tweeted this

So I looked at the link and saw this

So is he Kool-Aiding around with Tony FRAKING Perkins? Okay, maybe this means nothing, but Dan has been hanging out with some questionable people as of late. And this tweet from Tony, just didn't sit well with me.

Hopefully, there's an explanation.
